Third Step is a licensed transitional living treatment program for young men (18-45 years old) that offer a therapeutic and healing environment for ongoing recovery. Third Step promotes hope and healing through a twelve step model of recovery. Clients continue their recovery journey for up to six months while receiving group and individual counseling, life skills training, and job placement support. Seven Counties Services funds nine of our 18 beds. Our staff determines eligibility for these beds which primarily serve homeless men who are Kentucky residents.  Clients pay for the other nine beds.
