An apartment community consisting of 37 one bedroom units, in a one story patio home style, Maud Booth Gardens allows low income seniors to live in safe, decent and affordable housing.  Residents live in attractive apartments equipped with multiple amenities with an accessible community room and laundry facilities.  There are four units that have been designed for residents with physical disabilities.  With coordination from the on site manager, residents can participate in social activities and events enhancing their sense of community engagement.
