| South Oaks is a permanent housing program providing safe, affordable housing to low income elderly persons. Equipped with many amenities, South Oaks has 47 one bedroom apartments and offers a community room for residents to access. South Oaks residents live independently and participate in planned activities coordinated by the program manager. A maintenance person and program manager are on call 24 hours daily.
