This residential program provides 24 hour supports for disabled individuals, many of whom are aging and require medical oversight.  Ensuring each resident receives intensive support services in addition to medical care supervision, each home serves only three residents.  Currently four supportive living homes are housing 12 clients, with plans for the expansion to twelve homes.  In addition to in-home assistance and medical care supervision, the Supportive Living Program provides transportation, engagement in community events, and case management.
