The Homeless Veterans Transitional Treatment Program is a licensed innovative program in Lexington, KY serving up to forty homeless male veterans who are recovering from substance addiction in an intensive, residential therapeutic treatment setting. This program actively engages veterans in a program of recovery using the 12 step model as well as case management services.  Located at the Lexington VA Medical Center Leestown Campus, the Homeless Veterans Transitional Treatment Program offers services and supervision 24 hours daily.
