Candleridge Plaza is a permanent housing program providing decent, safe affordable housing with an elderly and 10% mobility impaired designation.  Candleridge is a 3 story independent living apartment community consisting of 100 one-bedroom walk-in units with roll-in shower (wheel chair accessible).  Rent is based on income and allowances with the resident being responsible for personal electric.  Candleridge offers shopping transportation, on site laundry facilities, an on-site beauty salon and ample parking.  Candleridge also has a beautiful large dinning room with many planned activities including a Senior Nutrition program.  A maintenance person and program manger are also on call 24/7 for emergencies.

Service Coordinator Program: An on-site social worker assesses the needs of residents as they age and connects them with appropriate community resources to help them live independently within the complex as long as possible.
