Recognizing the need to reach out to homeless veterans in their natural environment, the Homeless Veterans Reintegration Project provides outreach as an initial way to connect individuals who have served in the armed services with community resources, with a goal of accessing affordable and securing stable jobs.  As part of this innovative program, veterans can access employment counseling, job training, case management, as well as veterans-only resources such as support groups.  Committed to the ongoing success of The Homeless Veterans Reintegration Project participants, there is a follow up service provided at 90, 180, and 270 days following the initial completion of the program.
